Lengthy-serving superintendent of the Town of Kingston Water Division, Judith Hansen is asking it quits. Hansen’s ultimate day as superintendent shall be subsequent Friday, March 25. She has labored for the dept for over 40 years.
Mayor Steven Noble has appointed Matthew Dysard, a finance guy with a B.S. and an M.P.A., as Hansen’s successor. Dysard joined the Kingston Water Division as industry supervisor in 2018, specializing in the dept’s annual price range, bonding, and attracting finances from the Environmental Amenities Company (EFC), a state public-benefit company which supplies low cost financing and technical help to municipalities for environmental and public health-related tasks.
